After awhile dah xmenyinggah kat sini (bezaman actually) rasenye nak start entri utk 2014 cerite pasal kawan baik or people call it as BESTFRIEND gitteww :p  so utk intro i think i'm going to make it short sbb rasenye sume org pun tau bestfriend tu ape. Kawan baik, org yg kite rapat dgn kite, someone yg kite rase kite blh kongsi segalenye from every angle and aspect in our life, org yg kite rase kite blh share sume bende, through ups and down dlm hidup kite ni, die ade dgn kite. Bestfriend forever a.k.a BFF la mcmtu. That what I can conclude.

The thing that I want to highlight in this entry ialah how do we treat our bestfriend or how we react towards every action of so called bff ni. Nak start merepek ni. So get ready :)

Throughout our life, kite akn diperkenalkan dgn pelbagai jenis kwn. Alhamdulillah, so far most of my friends that I've known, diorg sume best! Ade kwn baik mase tadika, naik sekolah rendah sekolah menengah jumpe lg kwn yg blh dibawak ke dpn, dkt matrik pun jumpe dgn few people that I can make friends with, up until now, sampai la Uni, I've met great people that are willing to stay and be there for me whenever I need them. Isn't that great?

Tapi, bile dah name pun kawan baik, this title doesn't allow us to treat our friends like they're nothing okay? Ade la adab nye. Seriously, if someone is willing to be there for you, willing to hear you out even though masalah kite tu bkn 'besar' sgt pun, pls have some respect la dey! Just bcos shit happen in your life, and you don't know how to sort it out, and when you ask for opinion, and when your friend didn't manage to give the right/exact response, you burst your anger towards her. No mannn thats not how things worked. Dalam hidup xboleh nak expect sume bnde akan berjalan lancar. X hidup la namenye kalau mcmtu.
Don't let your emotion to have control over yourself. La ni mmg berani la nk buat kwn tu mcmtu jgn sampai satu tahap kawan hang tu dah fed up tinggal hang sorang2 time tu padan muka. Bukan nak jahat, tapi kesian. Sampai bila? At some point, kite kene atur hidup ni dgn care kite sendiri. Bkn dok pi mengharap org lain utk atur hidup ni utk kite. Walaupun die kwn baik, don't make it as an excuse sampai kau blh buat die mcmtu, and when you'll only realize thta ur action is wrong, baru nak minta maaf tanpe memikirkan perasaan kwn tu.
SHIT kan. Sangat.

One thing you need to remember, this world doesn't revolve around you and you ONLY. Sampai bila nak act childish, cling sampai xboleh nak lepas, nak pikir baran sendiri, throw words that will hurt your friend's feeling tanpe berfikir akan menyakitkan hati dan perasaan kawan tu, SAMPAI BILA?

p/s: Sorry la first entri utk tahun ni je dah start bash org haha. Terlalu meluat tgk org yg selalu amik kesempatan atas kawan sendiri. Kawan baik pulak tu. Hopefully, things will get better and be better.

One night,where everything didn't work out!

Assalamualaikum.. tajuk entry mcm serious kan? haha. This is recently happened to me. yep,just now. fresh. baru je terjadi. mcm suspen sgt je kan? actually, it was nothing. i just wanna share with u guys, about me, going out for a food hunting, but eventually, didn't manage to get the food that i want. Blergh! -.-

So here's the thing. tadi mmg rase laparrrr sgt sampai rase nk berguling. so I went through my TL, looking at my frens's tweet n all that. Scroll pnye scroll, i saw dis tweet from my fren, "@anissyahirah91: Sedapnye kalau makan burger bakar sekarang ni T.T" so i was like superrr excitedd yeayy finally ade geng lapar and i ask her out! andd miracle happen, she picked me up and happily we go to Ramal Junction.

I didn't plan to eat burger bakar since I already had it last week. So,my intention is NOT to eat burger bakar. I was planning to eat spagetti! So dahh happy parking jalan2 menuju ke gerai2 kat ramal junction tu, from a distance i can saw Flaming Pan stall yg jual my favorite spageti TUTUP! i was likee .______. so nk mkn ape skrg i was thinking, ok, cool, calm down, let's eat chicken chop then! yeayy so excited la balik and i was like lalalala happy menuju ke gerai yg jual makanan western.

Me: "Abg,grilled chicken chop 1! *muke annoying gile happy tunjuk gigi*
Abg gerai western: "Sorry la dik,chicken chop dah abis. Daging ade la..nak?"
Me: *poker face* and i walked away

So now what to eat?? Erghh dah mls nk pk! then i saw this boy,across my table,deliciously eating nasi goreng kampung. ahhhhhah! that's it, jom order nasi goreng kg! so i ordered nasi grg kg. anis and her lil brother dah happy dapat mkn burger mkn while i wait for my food to arrive. After a few mins of waiting, dtgla abg ni bwk sepinggan nasi grg kg. ahh my night couldn't get any better. guess what? nasi grg tu diperbuat drpd nasi yg lembik, and it doesn't taste good, AT ALL! yeayyyy double score on that!! wuhuuuu~ but,there's one thing didn't let me down, teh ais die sedap :)

I was super hungry,and why all this happened to me? whyyyy? anis and her lil brother got to eat burger bakar sedap2, me?? hidup ini sgt tidak adil -.- ahah. just kidding. whatever it is, alhamdulillah dgn rezeki yg ade. asal mkn drpd xmkn makan langsung! lesson learned! :)

Assalamualaikum! :) waaa dah lame xtulis entry kat blog niii ahah well im too lazy i guess? been busy with ramadhan, kerja, raya and bla3, hehe..

So this time around, nak share la skit, a few days before raya tu kan, me and my girlprengg ele, aten, najah made this plan, utk buat kuih for hari raya. homemade gitu! soo on 18th august, we decided to accomplish our plan at naj's house, sbb najah adalah seorg baker yg pkr okayy, and her kitchen got all this equipment to bake so senang la buat kerje kan? she can make pavlova, red velvet, muffin, cupcake, cake, cookies, u guys name it la anything yg berkaitan dgn pastry or baking2 ni, najah champion okay! if ade sape2 nak order, u guys can check her blog, admirecupcakes.blogspot.com. Every info, all her amazing work, how to order, price,everything is there, u guys can check it out. sonang! hehe.

okay, done promoting naj's business, hehe, sambung cite behind the scene kitorg buat kuih raye. jadi bergerak la kitorg ke rumah najah awal pagi, sbb ptg tu kene keje! sob3 T.T we arrived at her house around 9++ am, and straight away start to make all the kuih. bincang pnye bincang, kitorg decide nak buat 4 types of kuih. Chocolate  chip cookies, kuih almond london, biskut kurma, and kuih sarang semut.

Dah name pun 1st time buat kuih, mmg mcm ape la kan kitorg ni, habis dapur najah kitorg sepahkan, hi3. except for najah la, she's an expert. buat keje lajuuu je. unlike me, nak measure all the ingredients like flour, sugar, cocoa powder pun terketar-ketar! bersepahhhh! haha.

I want to make my own choc chip cookies, so sblm dtg rmh naj dh prepare la sume bnde, bahan2, recipe, tgk youtube 10x okayyy hahah. dalam kelam-kabut buat keje pun, alhamdulillah, i managed to complete my choc chip cookies dough. betul2 ikut recipe, hihi.

Dah siap kemas2, clean up all the tools, lap2 meje, amik bahagian kuih masing2, kitorg pun balik. Penat sgttt, balik tu kene keje lagii. huhu. Eventhough penat, haus, lapa, puase lagi, alhamdulillah, everything turn out fine. Me and my girls had so much fun buat kuih raya dekat rumah najah haritu. heee. Thnk you so much to najah for letting us used her kitchen and equipments to make all the kuih raya. Next year nak macam ni lagi tau korang! :)

Assalamualaikum.. it's been awhile since i wrote my last entry. im quite busy lately, handling stuff and trying to composed my life back to normal. Recently, ive been through some ups and down in life. I must say, this past few weeks have been rough, and up til now I stil try to digest and take everything that happen to me as positive as I could.

Everything happen for a reason. Allah is the best planner! He knows what best for me. InsyaAllah, everything will turn out fine eventually. Amin..

Assalamualaikum! i'm on my semester break for 2 weeks now. last few days, ive been to JB for my study break gateaway, along with my friends, LIDYA, FAREHA and AIN :) we just wanna hang out, tour around JB, shopping and makan2.. sounds like a perfect gateaway? hehe. so me and rey took bus from tbs and arrived at sri putri skudai around 4.30pm. from there, lid pick us up and straight away heading to her room at UTM. yes, we stayed at lid's room at UTM, save bajet utk penginapan, hehe.

upon our arrival at lid's room, me n rey rest for awhile since we didnt sleep much in the bus. dah rehat2, we freshen up and get ready to go out for dinner and karaoke afterwards. we eat Nasi Ayam Penyet at Restoran Bibik Taman Universiti. the food i must say, veryyyyyyy delicious! the best n spicy ayam penyet everrr and it's cheap too! only rm5 per set. setelah puas mengenyangkan perut, we went to My Box Karaoke i think? (can't remember the exact name of the karaoke place) and bought 1 hour karaoke session. we sing happilyyy and had sooo much fun together that night! :D

Hari ke-2 mmg hari yg kitorg tunggu2! we're heading to Johor Premium Outlets(JPO)!! this place indeed a shopping paradise! there's an exclusive brand and boutique with much cheaper price. who doesn't like that? hehe. to ALL shopaholics out there, don't miss ur chance to shop at JPO, n bring a lot of money with you, hihi :p there's a brand like MICHAEL KORS, BURBERRY, POLO HAUS, SALVATOR FERRAGAMO, BRAUN BUFFEL, ROXY, RIPCURL, ESPRIT, PADINI, VINCCI, COTTON ON, CHARLES&KEITH, GAP, BODY SHOP,LEVIS, AX and etc. ini je yg dpt igt. experience shopping at JPO by yourself if you wanna know more :) mmg tujuan asal dtg nk shooping, but it turn out the opposite way :( i found this lovely sandals at charles&keith, but sadly they don't have my size! how stressful is that?? at the end of our shopping time, i only bought a pair of sandals at vincci and enjoy 50% off frappucino at starbucks. rey ngn lid yg shopping byk! hehe. aaa, i forgot to mention, this place is not like usual shopping mall. it's built with mediterranean-concept store i can say? it's like an open space with lot of shops.

That night, we had our dinner at Restoran Tungku Impian and we ate a lot! sate, tomyam, u name it! next, kitorg ke bazar malam jb, also known as bazar karat. lebih kurang mcm uptown and u can find lot of things there.like always, i end up not buying anything, and rey's hand was full with all her shopping bag. rey shop a lot that day. we didn't managed to take pictures at bazar karat, since we are all busy looking around searching for things to buy. soooo many things to look at! hi hi hi

And the last day finally arrived. three of us woke up late, mybe bcos we were too tired. after pack our things up, teman lid ke UTM centre to meet with her lecturer, we had our lunch at utm student mall to eat asam pedas. the best asam pedas ive tasted so farrrr! kuah pekat dan pedas, and cheappp! thumbs up! d^.^d after had our lunch, me and rey straight away get our things and heading to sri putri bus station. sadly, we left lidya and ain behind since they stil got bunch of work to do and they're having a final exam in just a few weeks. we safely arrived at tbs around 8.30pm.

I had such a blast and fun with all my girls during my trip to JB :) we stayed at lid's room, her room got messed by our stuff, sorry for that, hihi.. thnks lidya for letting us stay at ur room during our trip. the food was great, and cheap too. we can easily rent car to go around JB, and the most fun part during the trip was our visit to JPO and bazar karat(dapat shopping mmgla best!hehe) ain, thanks for ur company during the whole trip eventhough she got a lot of work to do, we manage to drag her along, heee.. me and rey had so much fun! :D trip to JB was awesome!

Girls, got your HPV shot yet?

Assalamualaikum! so yesss i want to talk about getting your HPV shot today. girls women out there, do u know what is HPV? Got your shot yet? No? Yes? Don't know what is HPV shot?

Well, basically HPV stands for Human Papillomavirus which is the MAIN cause of cervical cancer! Every married women is at high risk of HPV infection.

When it comes to cervical cancer, we can assure it occurs among women cos woman has cervix right? And yes, this cancer occurs at the entrance of the womb (cervix). Besides breast cancer and colorectal cancer, it's the 3rd most common cancer happen among women. Suprisingly, in Malaysia, around 1500 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer ANNUALLY. quite a big number there :( Cervical cancer accounts for 6% of deaths due to cancer among women.

The point of getting this HPV shot is to prevents cervical cancer caused by HPV infections. When you're going to get your shot, you'll be given 3 shots:

• 1st injection - whether you take it at your school, clinics, or nearby hospital, the date will be set for your first HPV immunisation.
• 2nd injection - it's 1 month after the 1st injection
• 3rd injection - it's 6 months after the 1st injection (NOTE THAT: The vaccine is not made from any dubious source)

And, by getting this shot, in the future, the immunisation will protect you from cervical cancer and reduce the number of women from getting this cancer. 

Maybe some of you quite hesitate of getting this shot. No worry girls, this vaccine is completely and totally safe! but, you may encounter soreness where the injection is given. well, that's common. if you still have any other problems following the injection, i suggest you guys seek for further treatment at your nearest clinics or hospital.

And, here some good news for all girls in FORM 1 and girls currently aged 13, at present, Ministry of Health(MOH) is giving the immunisation for FREE!! yeayyyy thumbs up for that! so girlsss, don't miss the chance of getting your HPV shot todayyy! :)

I hope I provide you guys with good and useful information regarding this HPV shot and cervical cancer. Hopefully. as a medical student, i think it's my responsibility to share with people out there with this kind of information.
